Health and wellbeing coaching

Get tailored coaching to suit your needs and improve your physical and emotional wellbeing. Our trained health coaches can help you with personalised support, advice on community wellbeing groups and a plan to help you overcome any barriers. 

How does it work?

  • Personalised support through 6 one-on-one sessions over 12 weeks to stop smoking or lose weight.
  • Flexible appointments with your dedicated coach, designed to fit your schedule.
  • Develop a plan that reflects your goals and priorities for better wellbeing.
  • Learn techniques to boost motivation and build lasting healthy habits.
  • Access to the Gloji website and gym for extra content and support.
  • Our coaching is also designed for people with specific needs, including mental health challenges, learning disabilities, pregnancy, physical disabilities, or culturally specific.

Who can access this?

To be eligible for our health and wellbeing coaching, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Eligible for smoking cessation (using tobacco or shisha) or weight loss support (BMI over 25 or over 23 for ethnic minorities).
  • Living in or registered with a GP surgery in Nottingham city.
