Support and Training

We can train NHS staff, care staff and members of community and voluntary groups to become NHS App ambassadors.

This equips everyone working in health and care to confidently promote use of the NHS app and support clients with lower digital skills to make use of the app.

How do I access training?

Contact our Digital Inclusion Lead to arrange a training session. We can deliver sessions to clinical or admin staff, community groups, care staff and voluntary organisations.

NHS primary care staff can also book training for using the NHS App alongside SystmOne via NHIS training.

Running an Event or Group?

Our Digital Inclusion Lead can come along to your community group or event and speak to participants about using the NHS App and support them with any questions or issues getting set up.
