  1. Our programmes start in May but we’ll be in touch before then via email, text or phone, depending on the contact details you provided. Just so you know, we’ll call from an unknown number.

  2. We’ll send you a form to confirm your preferred activity, time and location. 

  3. We’ll have a welcome call and then you can get started and begin thriving with support from our children and family programme.
